LEASEHOLDERS ARE NOT GOING AWAY – THIS GOVERNMENT MUST TAKE ACTION !
This year the National Leasehold Campaign (NLC) commissioned Ad Bikes to deliver our message to the new Government. It was important we let this new government know that NOTHING has changed yet and we remain TRAPPED. Labour, when in opposition was always vocal on how inactive the previous government had been regarding tackling the Leasehold Scandal.
Now they are in power, now they have a chance to change it. Leaseholders will be holding this Government to account.
The Ad Bikes certainly made an impact and was seen by thousands of delegates who attended. The first Morning the Ad Bikes were able to park up at the main entrance to conference, unfortunately they were moved on after a few hours by the police, but they had already been seen by thousands attending.

We had six pieces of artwork rotating on the Ad Bikes. A massive thank-you to Jason Shortland who designed them.
During the conference Katie was able to meet up with the Minister of State for Housing & Planning Matthew Pennycook briefly. He hears us and is determined to move forward. I know we have heard this all before and the proof will be in the coming months ahead. Words are meaningless without action. Leaseholders are sick of hearing phrases such as “When parliamentary time allows” or “It’s incredibly complex”. JUST GET ON WITH IT ! Leaseholders will not forgive you if you don’t.
