There are a 2 consultations currently open & a survey regarding Leasehold reforms. It is easy to get confused as to what consultations are active.
MINISTRY OF HOUSING CONSULTATION CLOSING SOON …… 26TH NOVEMBER
We have recently held two successful leaseholder’s conferences in Manchester & London. Speakers included the Law Commission & The Ministry Of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG). One very very strong message to take away from these events is the importance of the two consultations that are currently open. We need our voices to be heard, we need to use these consultations to send a very clear message to those who can change this feudal outdated abusive system.
The counter argument is downplaying the numbers this effects which is why completing these consultations is essential to send a clear message.
If you are part of the campaign and want change to happen this is the biggest opportunity In decades to do so. We can not afford to let this opportunity pass us by.
We urge ALL Leaseholder’s to complete all the consultations.
