The National Leasehold Campaign were honoured to receive recognition from the chairs of the APPG on Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Sir Peter Bottomley, Justin Madders and Sir Edward Davey.
The best-known, and biggest, group of leasehold campaigners congregate together under the banner of the National Leasehold Campaign (NLC), which was formed four years ago to this day and has 20,000 members.

NLC launch a mass email event to ALL Developers to request our freeholds are returned to their rightful owners following on from an ‘out of court settlements’ in Cardiff where leaseholders were given their freeholds.
Persimmon offered residents their Freeholds “free of charge” as a gesture of “goodwill”. We urge ALL developers to do the same thing !

The Law Commission are conducting a public consultation on reform of the right to manage: “Leasehold home ownership: exercising the right to manage”.
