We must ALL continue to ensure Leasehold is at the top of the political agenda in parliament. Only because the Leasehold and Freehold Act (LFRA) was passed doesn’t mean we sit back patiently and wait for the secondary legislation to be enacted – FAR FROM IT. Currently NOTHING has changed for existing Leaseholders and this MUST CHANGE !
The NLC continues to work tirelessly to help ensure the desperately needed reforms are delivered and the LFRA is ‘Switched on’. The narrative that “It’s all so complicated” and “will take time” is not something Leaseholders are willing to accept. We have waited long enough and time is something Leaseholders have certainly ran out of.
We are urging ALL leaseholders to contact their MP’s to ask them to attend the Leasehold Debate in Westminster Hall on Tuesday 5th Nov at 09:30

- Find out who your MP is and their email address by clicking here
- Email them to ask them to attend the debate on Tuesday 5th November. Our template can be found here. Simply copy and paste the text into a word documents.
